The American Way

The United States and Japanese people decided to make rowing race. Both teams practice hard to achieve their best performance. On the day that has been agreed, the Japanese won the race one mile faster.

So, a consulting firm hired to investigate the problem and recommend the correct action.

Consultant findings: The Japanese have eight people who row and a driver; United States team that had a rower and eight of the drive.

Follow up the findings, the team changed America: four executive managers, three area managers, and system performance for those who paddle boat work as incentives.

The next year, the Japanesse team win with two miles.
Because ashamed, American corporate fired the rower because of poor performance and give bonuses to managers to investigate the problem.
