Overcoming the Crisis With Three Envelopes

A new manager spends a week in the office with a new manager who will replace him. On the last day, the replaced manager tells him: "I have left three numbered envelope in my desk drawer. Open up the envelope when you encounter a crisis you can not finish."

Three months later, a major crisis appears and the new manager feels very threatened. He remembers the words of former manager and open the first envelope. Message inside reads: "Blame your predecessor!" He was doing that and eventually released from the first crisis.

Around half a year later, the company experienced decline in sales, followed by a serious product problems. Manager is quick to open the second envelope. Second message read: "reorganization" He do reorganization, and the company to quickly recover.

Three months later, in the next crisis, he opened the third envelope. Message inside reads: "Prepare three envelope."
